Kyle Strate

Kyle Strate is a skilled software developer and mining engineer with extensive experience in the mining industry and engineering project management. Currently serving in multiple roles at KMC Mining since July 2017, including Software Developer Engineer, Engineering Manager, and various positions related to mine engineering and performance analysis, Kyle has a solid background in both technical and management aspects of engineering. Prior experience includes roles as Estimator/Project Coordinator at Dorosh Construction Ltd., Operations Engineer Co-op at Teck Resources Limited, Project Coordinator at Mackay Metis Management Inc., and Engineer Co-op at Sherritt International. Kyle holds a B.Sc. in Mining Engineering from the University of Alberta and recently enhanced technical skills with a Full-Stack Software Engineering degree from General Assembly.
