Angela Roussillon

Angela Roussillon has extensive work experience in various roles related to business development and program management across several companies including KMS Solutions, LLC, Burke Consortium, Inc (BCI), Triumph Enterprises, Inc., CDI Marine Government Services & Gryphon Technologies, NTT Data, Inc, EPIC Consulting Planning and Business Information, DSFG NAVSEA, Alion Science and Technology, and NAVSEA. Angela has worked in positions such as Deputy Director of Operations National Capital Region, Senior Business Development Manager, Capture Manager, President & CEO, Bus Dev/Capture Manager, Asst VP Business Development Acquisition Program Management Group, and Supervisory Engineer and Program Manager (GS 14), IT/IA/HPC COR. Their responsibilities included providing business development and oversight to contract pursuits and program startup/transitions, strategic development and application of corporate expertise, capturing DOD and Federal services opportunities, managing and evaluating technical proposals for IT and IA resources, maintaining acoustic health and safety of the Submarine Fleet, and more.

Angela Roussillon has a Bachelor's degree in Management and Engineering earned from the University of Maryland in the years 1982 to 1986. Angela also obtained a Certification in Chief Information Officer in the years 2005 to 2008 at the National Defense University. Roussillon pursued a Master's degree in Acoustics at The Catholic University of America from 1996 to 2001.
