Jillian Chrysikos

Jillian Chrysikos is a business operations lead at Knapsack. Jillian was previously a senior financial analyst at VMware Carbon Black from April 2018 to April 2022. In their role, they were responsible for creating and tracking key SaaS metric reporting, leading executive product-level finance reviews, uncovering cost efficiencies from churned customers, producing and distributing weekly QTD Bookings updates, and performing monthly close and forecast activities for Sales, Services, and Product Marketing organizations. Jillian has also provided monthly reporting on Professional Services performance and project backlog status.

Jillian Chrysikos received their high school diploma from Westford Academy. Jillian then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Stonehill College. Most recently, they completed a course in Programming for Data Science with Python from Udacity.

Their manager is Chris Strahl, CEO. Jillian Chrysikos works with Ryan Peterson - VP, Marketing, Evan Lovely - CTO, and Andrew Rohman - Head of Customer Success.
