Hali Bucher

Hali Bucher has a diverse work experience spanning across different companies and roles. In 2010, they started as a Finance Intern at Owens Corning, where they gained experience in sustainability and green operations. Hali continued to work at Owens Corning, taking on roles such as Financial Analyst, Manufacturing Cost Analyst, and Senior Internal Auditor. In 2015, they became a Controller at a roofing manufacturing plant within Owens Corning. Then, in 2016, they transitioned to the role of Senior Financial Analyst for Home Centers and Residential Insulation. In 2018, Hali joined Red Hat as a Senior Financial Business Analyst, focusing on their North American Services Operations. Currently, they are working at Knauf Insulation North America, where they started as a Strategic Account Director in 2020 and then transitioned to the role of Director of Pricing and Program Management in 2023.

Hali Bucher earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from The University of Findlay, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In 2019, they obtained additional certifications including the Level 1 Award in Wines from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, as well as certifications in Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, and Creating Change: Diversity and Inclusion in the Tech Industry from LinkedIn.
