Karthik Ramamurthy

Karthik Ramamurthy's work experience includes serving as Head of Information Security at Kneip from November 2023 to present. Before that, they worked as a Senior Security Manager at the same company from April 2023 to November 2023. Prior to joining Kneip, Karthik was an IT Security Architect (Manager) at PwC Luxembourg from June 2020 to March 2023. Karthik also worked as an IT Security Engineer at Mercedes pay GmbH from February 2019 to June 2020, where they implemented security measures and controls, reviewed IT and cloud security standards, and validated information security risks. Before that, Karthik worked as a Cloud Consultant at ARHS Spikeseed and as a Senior Consultant at EY in 2018. Karthik started their career as a Software Engineer Intern at Xerceo, Inc. in 2011.

Karthik Ramamurthy earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BAC+4) degree in Information Science and Engineering from PES College of Engineering, Mandya in 2011. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Masters in Information System Security Management at the University of Luxembourg, expected to be completed by 2023. In addition, Karthik has obtained various certifications in fields such as cloud security, cybersecurity, vulnerability management, and software development from institutions like Microsoft, (ISC)², Cloud Security Alliance, and Oracle.
