Position Description:
We are looking for a Junior Sales Operations Analyst to join our growing team. You will play a big role in supporting the Sales, Partnerships and Operations organizations with analytical insights, data reporting, and process optimization. A successful candidate will possess the analytical thinking skills necessary to analyze and synthesize information to uncover and understand issues in the sales funnel and the communication skills needed to make recommendations and take action to improve processes, collaborating with stakeholders from the highest levels of the organization.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
You will be responsible for building and maintaining reports and dashboards covering Sales and Operations performance, commissions/incentive plans, discounting programs, and performance management systems. You will also be working with Sales and Operations leadership to understand team capacity, conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions, make recommendations and take action to improve processes. The work is varied, with exposure across the business, and will involve collaborating closely with most teams at iBusiness Funding.

Education and Experience:
2-4 years of related professional experience, ideally in a sales/operations or analyst role.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Intermediate to advanced Excel and Salesforce reporting skills or beginner abilities with a strong desire to learn and demonstrated ability to quickly teach oneself. Experience with other data visualization tools (Tableau, Quicksight, PowerBI, etc) a plus.
Experience identifying insights from complex data sets, proposing solutions based on findings, and implementing recommendations.
Resourceful - able to independently find answers and solutions.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
Ability to prioritize and operate with a sense of urgency
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
United States, Remote, Base salary range of: $50,000 - $68,000 + benefits
