Peden Nichols

Peden Nichols is an experienced trader at Getco LLC since July 2009, with a strong background in technology and finance. Prior to this role, Peden served as an undergraduate researcher at the MIT Data Center from 2005 to May 2009, where skills in developing software tools for data integration were honed and work was presented at multiple conferences. Internship experiences include a financial technology associate intern at Citadel Investment Group, focusing on client-server solutions for options market making, a software engineering intern at Google improving search appliance tools, and a developer at Raytheon Company, collaborating with MIT on M Language technology. Peden holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, earned in 2009.
