Winston Karges

Winston Karges has a work experience that includes roles in business development and research. Winston started their career in 2014 as a Research Associate at The Ottawa Hospital. In 2016, they joined Knight Therapeutics as a Summer Intern, where they assisted the CFO, shadowed various individuals in the company, and extracted financial data. Winston later became a Business Development Analyst, responsible for identifying and initiating discussions with potential partners, implementing a CRM system, and performing assessments. From 2019 to 2023, Winston served as a Business Development Manager, where they played a key role in due diligence for acquisitions and the implementation of acquired companies. Winston is currently working at Knight Therapeutics as an Associate Director of Business Development.

Winston Karges attended the University of Ottawa from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Biochemistry.
