Carol Peddy

Carol Peddy is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations within the real estate sector. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Operations at Knightvest Residential since September 2019, Carol previously held the position of Senior Vice President Operations at the same company. Prior roles include Regional Vice President at CF Real Estate Services LLC and Senior Vice President at Grand Campus Living - Lincoln Property Company. With a background as Vice President of Operations at Campus Advantage and Sr. Vice President at JPI, Carol has developed a strong expertise in student living operations. Carol holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Oklahoma.
