Caitlin Tormey Mongiardini has a diverse work experience across various industries. Starting in 2004, they had internships at the Whitney Museum of American Art and Princeton University. In 2005, they worked as a Senior Administrative Assistant at Christies before transitioning to an Account Manager role. Caitlin then joined Reebok in 2008 as a Professional Athlete, participating in marathons and Olympic Trials. From 2009 to 2014, they worked at Christie's in various roles, including Associate Vice President and Head of eCommerce Operations. Caitlin then served as Interim-COO and Managing Director of Global Operations at Paddle8 Holdings LLC from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they became the Vice President of Art and Archive Development at Condé Nast. From 2017, they founded and owned East Bower Consulting. Caitlin then joined NAADAM in 2018 as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and served in various CCO roles for their affiliated brands until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Brand Officer at Knix.

Caitlin Tormey Mongiardini's education history starts with their attendance at Notre Dame Academy of Staten Island from 1997 to 2000, where they completed their high school education. Caitlin then pursued a Bachelor of Arts with Honors degree in Art History, Criticism and Conservation from Princeton University, which they completed from 2001 to 2005. After some time, Caitlin enrolled in both Columbia Business School and London Business School to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business. Caitlin completed their MBA programs at both schools from 2016 to 2018.
