Rano Uthayakumar

Rano Uthayakumar is currently the Director of Talent at Knix, overseeing talent operations in both Canada and the US. With previous experience in talent acquisition roles at Meta, goeasy Ltd., Robert Half, Sinai Health, and Best Buy Canada, Rano has a background in recruitment, talent management, and employer branding. Rano holds a Bachelor of Human Resource Management with Honours and has also earned HRPA/CHRP certification from York University.
