Rita Bousbaa

Rita Bousbaa has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. Rita began their career as an Assistant Banking at ActivoBank. In 2017, they moved to Parfois as a Talent & Development Technician & HR Business Partner. In 2020, they joined Capgemini Engineering as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and INEOS Automotive as a Recruitment Business Partner. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as a People Partner at knokcare.

Rita Bousbaa obtained a Licenciatura in Economics from the Universidade de Aveiro between 2012 and 2015. Rita then went on to earn a Mestrado in Human Resources Management from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa between 2015 and 2017. In 2021, they obtained two certifications from LinkedIn: Coaching for LinkedIn Success and Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment.
