Mana Nadafian

Mana Nadafian has a wealth of work experience in the field of credit risk. Mana began their career in 2011 as Lead Decision Scientist at Wonga.com, where they provided guidance and support to decision analysts within the team, developed a FCA compliant credit risk monitoring system, and led a major migration project from the credit risk engine aspect. In 2015, they moved to Lebara as Risk Manager. In 2016, they took on the role of Senior Manager UPL Credit Risk at NewDay, and in 2019, they became both Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and Head Of Risk at Knoma, as well as Credit Risk Consultant for Self-employed.

Mana Nadafian obtained their Bachelor of Science in Bioelectric Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic between 1997 and 2001. Mana then went on to earn their Master of Science in Bioelectric Engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology from 2001 to 2004. Finally, they obtained their Master of Science in Mathematical Finance from the University of Birmingham between 2010 and 2011.
