Tamika Bryant Cromer is the SVP of Legal & HR Affairs at Knotch. Tamika has over 20 years of experience in legal and HR affairs.

Tamika started their career as a lawyer at a small law firm. Tamika then transitioned to ForeSee, where they served as Vice President and General Counsel/Sr. Director, HR. In this role, Tamika was responsible for providing full service legal support to 500+ employees in human resources, sales, finance, and executive team. Tamika also reviewed, drafted, and negotiated complex agreements including compensation, employment, software, merger/acquisition, licensing, vendor, partnership contracts, and real estate leases.

Tamika has also served on the Diversity & Inclusion Council, Co-Chair. In this role, they worked to ensure that the company was compliant with US and international rules and laws applicable to the business including employment, data security, and privacy.

Tamika is a highly skilled lawyer with a deep understanding of the legal landscape. Tamika is a trusted advisor to the executive team and has a proven track record of success in both legal and HR affairs.

Tamika Bryant Cromer has a Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Wayne State University. Tamika also has a B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of Michigan.
