Isaac T. has a diverse work experience spanning over 12 years. Isaac started their career as an Office Cadet (Midshipman) in the Republic of Singapore Navy, where they gained experience in maritime engineering and leadership. Isaac later became a Lead Engineer, responsible for ensuring the reliability and availability of hydraulic systems for warships. Isaac then took on the role of Senior Marine Engineer, where they oversaw the engineering and logistic department on a Landing Ship Tank. Isaac initiated a project to upgrade ship lighting to LED, improving safety and reducing operation costs.

After their time in the navy, Isaac joined NCS Group as a Business Development Manager, specializing in Defence and Homeland Security. Isaac successfully clinched a strategic multi-million deal and was the first to acquire customer buy-in for mobility solutions and data fusion platform.

Isaac then moved on to KLASS, where they held managerial roles in Innovation and Partnership. KLASS focuses on applied research and development using emerging technology. Isaac later became a Senior Manager, responsible for developing businesses through innovation and partnership.

Currently, Isaac is a Director (Partnership & Business Development) at Knovel Engineering, a technology consulting and solution provider. Isaac works on developing customized solutions using AI, Cloud, and Data & Analytics to address client needs and contribute to their long-term success.

Isaac T. obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore from 2004 to 2008. In 2011, they attended the System Management and Engineering Course at HMS SULTAN, focusing on Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering. Isaac T. also holds additional certifications in Design Thinking from the National University of Singapore (obtained year unknown) and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (obtained year unknown).
