Josh Tilley

Josh Tilley currently serves as the Head of Investor Strategy at KNOW Bio, LLC, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Tilley was the Managing Director at Morgan Creek Capital Management for nearly 19 years, from December 2004 to June 2023. Earlier experience includes an Associate position in Public Investments at UNC Management Company from July 2003 to December 2004 and an Analyst role in the Investment Banking Division at Lehman Brothers from July 2000 to June 2003. Josh Tilley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill between 1996 and 2000.
