Michelle Choo has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michelle started their career as a Flight Stewardess at Malaysia Airlines in 2004, where they provided in-flight services for local and international flights. Michelle then transitioned into the banking industry, working as a Relationship Manager at OCBC Bank in 2008, where they generated new prospects and built relationships with clients.

In 2009, Michelle joined Dun & Bradstreet as a Corporate Business Development Manager, responsible for developing new business opportunities. Michelle later took on the role of Team Leader Corporate Sales, managing a sales team and coaching them on marketing strategies. From 2013 to 2016, Michelle served as the Head of Corporate Sales cum Director at Dun & Bradstreet, ensuring sales targets were met and resolving client issues.

In 2016, Michelle joined CTOS Data Systems Sdn Bhd as a Key Account Manager, where they managed key accounts and provided IT solutions to financial institutions and large corporations. Michelle also developed strategies to market international credit reports.

Michelle's most recent position was at Marsh & McLennan Companies, where they served as a Trade Credit Business Development professional. Their responsibilities included developing new business opportunities in the trade credit industry.

Currently, Michelle works as a Sales Director at Know Your Customer, where they play a vital role in offering RegTech solutions to simplify and streamline corporate onboarding and due diligence operations for Fintechs and financial institutions worldwide. Michelle leads the sales team and contributes to reducing onboarding time for new corporate customers.

Michelle Choo obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Corporate Communications from the University Putra Malaysia. Michelle completed their studies at the university from 2001 to 2004.
