Reporting to the Treasurer, the Shared Service Treasury Manager will play an integral part in supporting the Company’s international Treasury operations. The ideal candidate will partner across departments, teams, countries, and external stakeholders to deliver a best in class Treasury function.  Partner with the Treasury team to create the vision, strategy, and standards by which the Treasury department provides leadership and value to the overall company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day to day cash operations including cash flow forecasting, banking, daily cash position & liquidity, and reporting 
  • Assess short and long term cash flow forecasting needs of local entities
  • Lead key banking transition projects including system integration and coordinating with cross-functional teams, banking partners, and external stakeholders 
  • Manage all regular and ad-hoc banking requests, trouble-shooting with end-user & if needed, banking partners
  • Collaborate and closely partner with key cross-functional stakeholders in Accounting to ensure timely implementation, transition, onboarding, training and reporting needs
  • Deep understanding of various banking online platforms & its components, manage system administration, entitlements, and processing of payroll, AP payments, ad-hoc transfers, and drive end to end process and communication with cross-functional teams
  • Develop best practice policies and procedures, documentation/records of process, procedures, training materials in compliance with defined organizational requirements
  • Enhance the banking payment and approval process, banking administration function, including improvements and optimizing the system for scalability
  • In-depth understanding of international payment networks and utilize our current banking relationship to efficiently manage our international payment structure  
  • Manage the relationship with our banking partners and work closely with relationships to ensure the system and services provided support the best possible employee and administration experience
  • Support the planning and execution of other potential finance  projects, acquisitions and programs as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or other relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Corporate Treasury reflecting increasing levels of responsibility and subject matter expertise.  International/global corporate treasury experience preferred
  • CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) or similar designation preferred but not required
  • Strong working experience for a multinational private or public company within the Treasury department 
  • Extensive experience with major banking online platforms including reporting, payments, receipts, integration, and migration
  • Knowledge of credit card processing and international payment standards for  streamlined payment execution
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and develop strong cross-functional working relationships with groups such as accounting, FP&A, shared services, legal, payroll, as well as external partners and leadership team
  • Ability to lead, manage, track and follow-up on treasury and cross-functional projects and provide strategic, tactical, and technical support to senior leaders and teams 
  • Self-motivated and high attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
  • Exceptional analytical and organizational skills and strong presentation and Excel capabilities (i.e Pivot tables, vlookups, cash flow forecasting model, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts in simple terms to various audiences
  • Manage highly confidential information with professionalism and integrity, plus excellent business judgment concerning confidential matters
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo and ability to effect change and continuous improvement through process, technology optimization and automation
  • Other language skills a plus
