Shubhendra Gautam has extensive experience in customer success and account management across various companies in the cloud communications industry. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Knowlarity since October 2020, Shubhendra develops and manages the customer life cycle for domestic and Middle-Eastern clients. Prior to this role, Shubhendra was an Enterprise Account Manager at Sarv.com, responsible for building long-term relationships with high net-worth clients and overseeing product development for Cloud Telephony and Email Services. Shubhendra also held the position of Lead-Client Success at Headway Business Solutions LLP, focusing on customer outcomes and product input, and worked as a Team Leader for Client Communication at Appco Group India, where account plans were developed and executed to drive new business. Shubhendra holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Rajasthan Technical University.
