Betchi Tapales has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. In that year, they began their career as a Business Development Officer at ADVANCED MERCHANT PAYMENTS AMP Lending Corporation. In 2015, they moved to Apolo Gold and Energy Inc. as a Sales Director. In 2017, they began working at Ringorang as a Sales & Telecommunications and at 51Talk as an English Teacher. In 2018, they started working at Right2U LLC as a Product Analyst, MetroPCS as a Data Analyst, and VA Hub Online as an Executive Assistant.

Betchi Tapales graduated from the University of San Carlos in 2002 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing.
