Mark Sykes

Mark Sykes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analysis, operations research, and military logistics. Currently serving as a Senior Data Analyst at Knowledge Management, Inc. since March 2023, Mark utilizes enterprise sustainment data lakes for strategic executive-level logistics decisions. Concurrently, Mark contributes as an Academic Volunteer and Senior Lecturer at the Naval Postgraduate School, supporting faculty and students in operations research projects and graduate courses. Previous roles include Project Manager at Edwards Lifesciences, Senior Operations Research Analyst and Branch Manager at the United States Marine Corps, and various supply chain positions within the Marine Corps. Mark holds a Master of Science in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School, a Master of Military Studies from Marine Corps University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion University.
