Angela Leclerc has over 24 years of work experience in the technology industry. Angela began their career in 1997 as an Information Technology Specialist III for the Department of Labor & Industry, where they led the organization through two major upgrades to servers and desktops. In 2005, they moved to the State of Vermont, Buildings & General Services as an IT Manager, managing the BGS network with over 400 users. In 2009, they became the Director of Desktop Solutions for the State of Vermont, Dept. of Information & Innovation, managing a staff of 8 people and overseeing desktop support for the Agency of Administration. In 2012, they joined the State of Vermont, Agency of Digital Services as the Director of Service Management, managing a Service Desk (Helpdesk) staff of 6 people and overseeing customer support for ADS. In 2018, they joined the Shared Services Division, Agency of Digital Services as the Deputy Director, responsible for managing and controlling technology operations for the Executive Branch as well as providing services to other branches of state government. Most recently, in 2021, they joined KnowledgeWave as the Director of Business Development - State & Local Government.

Angela Leclerc has an educational background that includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Professional Studies with a focus on Business Management from Johnson State College, which they obtained in 2015. Angela also holds an Associate of Science (A.S.) from Norwich University (Vermont College) in Court Reporting/Court Reporter, which they obtained in 1985. Additionally, they hold certifications in LEAN Green Belt from the State of Vermont (2017), ITIL Intermediate: Capability: Release, Control and Validation from Loyalist Certification Services (2013), ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management v. 3 from PEOPLECERT (2011), and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer from Microsoft (2000).
