Charlie Sudbay has worked in a variety of roles in the marketing and customer service industries since 2010. In 2010, they worked as Summer Waitstaff at Barkeaters Restaurant, where they assisted with food preparation and service while maintaining restaurant cleanliness. In 2014, they worked as a Marketing Intern at both Dakin Farm and Lake Champlain Chocolates, where they conducted research of area competitors' marketing strategies and their product mix. In 2016, they worked as a Marketing Coordinator & Assistant Brand Manager at Tenth Crow Creative, where they supported all Brand Managers with major accounts. In 2017, they worked as a Physical Therapy Aide at Dee Physical Therapy, where they coordinated, directed, and evaluated proper, functional therapy activities. Since 2018, they have been working as a Marketing Manager & Customer Success Advocate and Inbound Marketing Coordinator & Customer Success Representative at KnowledgeWave, where they are focused on generating high-quality leads for the Sales Team while managing and executing the company's marketing plan.

Charlie Sudbay attended Elon University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, General. In 2017 and 2018, they attended the University of Vermont's Post-Baccalaureate Pre-Medical Program, studying Physical Therapy/Therapist. Charlie has also obtained various certifications from KnowledgeWave, HubSpot, Google, and the American Red Cross.
