Gary Knowles

Gary Knowles has a diverse work experience in the fields of journalism, travel writing, and communications. Gary has worked as a columnist for Journal & Topics News and Dane County Lifestyles Magazine, where they also served as a Travel Editor. Gary has also worked as a Travel Advisor for the Joy Cardin Show - Wisconsin Public Radio and as a Meeting Sites Coordinator for the Midwest Travel Writers Association. Furthermore, they have served as the President of Knowles Communications, where they provided award-winning services to clients in the travel, hospitality, entertainment, food, and beverage industries. Additionally, Gary has been involved in various travel and tourism organizations such as the Midwest Travel Writers Association and the Society of American Travel Writers. Gary also founded and directed OpenAir Tours LLC. Overall, Gary has extensive experience in the travel, hospitality, and communications industries.

Gary Knowles attended the Northwestern/Garrett Seminary from 1969 to 1971. During this time, they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study.

Before attending Northwestern/Garrett Seminary, Gary Knowles studied at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1964 to 1969. Here, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Philosophy.
