Nathalie Molina Niño has held various roles throughout their work experience. Nathalie served as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Known starting in September 2022 and has also been a Founding Advisor since August 2020. In 2018, they published a book titled "LEAPFROG, The New Revolution for Women Entrepreneurs" which challenges the notion that success in business is based on grit, risk-taking, and technical skills. Nathalie has also been involved in various organizations, including Cadence Health, Inc. where they served as a Board Member, O³ where they held the position of President, and Connectivity Capital Partners where they worked as a Venture Partner. Nathalie has also acted as a Strategic Advisor at FullCycle, a Member of the Advisory Council for Launch with GS Black & Latinx Cohort at Goldman Sachs, an Advisory Board Member for The WOCstar Fund I, a Member of the Center for Health Equity's External Equity & Innovation Advisory Group at the American Medical Association, and a Senior Advisor at the Movement Voter Project.

Nathalie Molina Niño attended various universities throughout their education history. Nathalie began their studies at the University of Notre Dame in 1992 and went on to attend Willamette University from 1993 to 1995. In 1996, they enrolled at the University of Colorado Boulder, and later earned a degree from Columbia University between 2011 and 2013.
