Bob Villwock

Bob Villwock serves as the Vice President of Operations at Knownwell since July 2025, bringing a wealth of experience in total rewards and people analytics from previous roles. Prior to this, Bob held the position of Senior Director and Global Head of Total Rewards at Smarsh from May 2023 to July 2025. Bob's career includes significant positions such as Director of Total Rewards & People Analytics and Director of Total Rewards at 3Pillar Global, Manager of People Advisory Services at EY, and HR Officer for Total Rewards at the International Monetary Fund. Additional experience includes several roles focused on total rewards at the Inter-American Development Bank, Willis Towers Watson, and ValMark Securities. Bob holds an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, a BBA in Business/Managerial Economics from Ohio University, and a Certificate in International Business from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
