Mark Parker

Mark Parker is currently the Chief Technology Officer at the City of Knoxville, where Mark has held various other roles including Acting IT Director and Application Services Manager. Prior to this, Mark worked as a Project Manager at IBM and as an Analyst at Northern Trust Corporation. Mark holds an MBA in Finance from The University of Memphis, a BA in International Trade from Auburn University, and a CEBS certification from The Wharton School.
