Jesse Poulssen

Jesse Poulssen is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Finance for knuspr.de and Gurkerl.at since February 2021. Prior to this role, Jesse worked as a Senior Finance Manager, focusing on the financial processes necessary for the successful launch of the German market. Previous experience includes a position as a Financial Advisor at iPractice and as a Senior Accountant Audit at KPMG Canada, where Jesse led teams for various clients under IFRS and US GAAP. Jesse's career also includes a Senior Consultant role in Sustainability Assurance and an Audit Supervisor position at KPMG Nederland, where extensive knowledge in financial auditing and risk analysis was developed. Academically, Jesse holds an International Executive Master in Auditing, a Master's in Accounting and Control from the University of Amsterdam, and two Bachelor's degrees in International Business. Jesse also has experience as a snowboard and ski instructor and played a crucial role in co-founding the Maastricht Knights basketball club.
