Jamie Styles

Jamie Styles has over 25 years of experience in various roles within the finance and talent management sectors. Currently, Jamie is the Global Director of People & Culture at Koa Health, a position held since June 2022. Previously, Jamie worked at IDEO from 2003 to 2021, where they held several roles, including Regional Talent Director, Senior Talent Director, Talent Director, Senior Talent Lead, Head of Finance, Finance Team Lead, Senior Finance Assistant, and Finance Assistant. Before joining IDEO, Jamie worked as a Finance Associate at Swiss Re, a Finance Assistant at Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority, and an Accounts Receivable Specialist at Tempo Australia Ltd. They also served as a Project Accountant at the University of Oxford and an Accounts Payable Specialist at First Leisure Corporation and Adkin. Jamie's earliest work experience was as a Legal Aid Billing/Court Clerk at John Arnold Solicitors in 1994.

Jamie Styles has a diverse education history. In 1996, they attended De Montfort University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Design Management, completing their studies in 1999. They then pursued an Accountancy Qualification from ACCA, which they were part qualified in from 2009 to 2010. In 2014, Jamie began studying for a Level 7 CIPD qualification in Human Resources Management and Services, which they were also part qualified in from 2014 to 2015. Most recently, in 2020, Jamie enrolled in the Foundation - Coach Training and Qualification program at the Co-Active Training Institution.
