Kelvin Serrano has a diverse work experience in the field of IT support. Kelvin began their career at Canon Business Process Services as a Technical Operations Representative and later became a Site Lead Representative, where they handled various office services and facilities tasks. Kelvin then joined Monroe College as an IT Helpdesk Associate, providing technical support to students and advocating for improvements to the school's ticketing system. After graduating from Monroe College, they worked as an IT Operations Associate at The New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts, where they successfully transitioned the school to remote learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. Kelvin also collaborated with network engineers and third-party vendors to improve IT infrastructure. Kelvin then worked as an IT Consultant at Open Door Family Medical Center, assisting in the migration from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and providing support to colleagues. Kelvin further developed their skills as a Junior Network Specialist at TEKsystems and SWBOCES The Center for Professional Development.
