Maura Clough

Maura Clough is an experienced HR professional specializing in compensation and reward management. Current role as Head of Compensation (Interim) at John Lewis Partnership has been held since February 2023. Previous positions include Head of Reward at MADE.COM, Reward Lead at Landsec, and Head of Global Reward at RICS.
