Kelly Parzanese, PMP, currently serves as Senior Manager Technology Delivery and Senior Project Manager at Kobie Marketing since May 2019, where oversight of the Offers Management for the Verizon Wireless Loyalty Program is a primary responsibility. Prior experience includes roles such as Customer Loyalty Consultant & Client Advisor at Kobie Marketing, where significant contributions led to the successful launch and growth of the Verizon Wireless Up loyalty program. Kelly's earlier career at Verizon spanned nearly two decades and included positions such as Customer Loyalty Manager, Social Media Manager, and various operational management roles, consistently driving marketing campaigns and improving organizational processes. An alumnus of Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, Kelly has garnered multiple awards and commendations for outstanding performance throughout a robust career focused on customer loyalty and marketing strategies.
