Previously, at Epsilon from 2009 to 2021, Paul held various technical leadership positions, overseeing custom development for email solutions and managing teams in the USA and India. With extensive experience in loyalty products, solutions architecture, and software development, Paul has a strong track record of leading teams, improving system performance, and providing technical expertise across multiple projects.
