Kathy Cruz is a seasoned professional in the cosmetics and health coaching industries, currently serving as the Director of Applications Laboratory at Kobo Products, Inc. since 2022, where responsibilities include managing a team of nine chemists and technicians to create new formulas and support customer needs.
