Cassidy Tilt

Cassidy’s career started in the medical field in which she served as a Registered Trauma Nurse at Carolina’s Medical Center in Charlotte, NC before advancing to become a Pediatric Critical Care Operating Room Nurse at Children’s of Alabama in Birmingham, AL. After 10 fulfilling years in nursing, Cassidy partnered with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama serving as Case Manager of National Accounts. In 2017, she accepted an HR leadership role in a fast-growth venture which rapidly scaled from 50 to over 250 employees in four years.

Cassidy holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Auburn University and a Bachelors in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Cassidy is passionate about driving employee engagement and is excited to be part of Kobold’s mission to empower the transition to a green energy future.
