Matt Scruggs

Matt Scruggs has worked for over 11 years as a software engineer with a variety of companies, ranging from non-profit scientific consulting firms to technology startups specializing in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cybersecurity. He has contributed to multidisciplinary projects spanning environmental, public health, geospatial, and decision sciences for major regulatory government agencies, and has built complex software products that help some of the world’s most successful and well-known companies solve security and legal risk management challenges.

Matt received a BS degree in Environmental Sciences, with minors in Biology and Classical Humanities, from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
