Megan Frederick

Megan is a professional project manager, geologist, and health and safety specialist who has been through the whole life cycle of mining in her 17 years of industry experience. Originally starting in the petroleum industry, Megan was drawn into developing and leading teams through exploration and development stages for several mining properties in Western Canada. As a geologist, she mostly worked on industrial minerals projects, focusing in Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia. Her strengths come from the amalgamation of regulatory, health and safety, geology and project management experience which provides a holistic approach for leading teams and managing exploration projects. Her passion is rooted in people development which is the foundation of safe and successful project execution. Megan received a Bachelors in Geography from University of Utah as well as a Bachelors in Geology from Weber State University.
