Shannon Gerhard

Shannon is a strategist who uses her unique skillset across corporate management, engineering, and data science to create custom solutions to complex business problems.

Prior to joining Kobold Metals, Shannon spent four years working at McKinsey and Company across a variety of sectors, from mining to the consumer. She was sought after for her ability to analyze and translate data to make informed, actionable business decisions for her clients. During her tenure at McKinsey, Shannon worked her way up from Business Analyst to Engagement Manager, with the responsibility of managing full teams and projects.

Shannon has also previously worked at Goldman Sachs in New York as an Investment Banking Strategist, using advanced statistics to analyze different funding vehicles for transactions and to create a broader strategy for the Investment Banking division.
