Anthony Shannon

Anthony Shannon is the Global People Officer at Kobre & Kim. He leads and directs strategies for the firm’s People Team in talent management, legal and non-legal recruiting and human resource management. He collaborates with senior leadership on shaping strategic initiatives focused on increasing employee performance, improving retention, creating organizational efficiencies and improvements, as well as executing strategies around talent development, diversity and inclusion, and performance management.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Shannon served as the Interim Chief Talent Officer of Norwalk, Connecticut Public Schools, the Director of Employee Relations at a regional charter school in Brooklyn, New York, and an Adjunct Professor at Quinnipiac University. After receiving his law degree, Mr. Shannon began his legal career as a labor and employment attorney at Shipman & Goodwin in Hartford, Connecticut.
