Gregory Kovanda

Gregory Kovanda is a seasoned professional in IT strategy and business transformation with extensive experience in leading initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager, Strategy & Design at Koch Business Transformation since July 2024, Kovanda focuses on enterprise transformation by developing IT operating models and advising technology executives. Previously, as Director at Molex, Kovanda spearheaded global portfolio management transformations and built Business Relationship Management capabilities, optimizing stakeholder collaboration. With a strong background in IT compliance and audit, Kovanda has also contributed to cybersecurity risk management and educational instruction at the Kelley School of Business. Gregory holds a Master's degree in Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Information Process Management from Indiana University.
