Here is the role:
As a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP), Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP), Professional Services and Technology Reseller, we provide comprehensive technology solutions to our clients anchored around the Microsoft M365 and Azure technology stacks. In this role, you will serve as a technical expert and trusted senior advisor, collaborating with our sales team to drive business growth by delivering exceptional pre-sales support. You will be working with our larger clients on deals for service and security related opportunities. Your deep understanding of our service and products offerings, combined with your strong communication and problem-solving skills, will be instrumental in securing new business and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This is what we need from you:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
Build strong working relationships with our Practice Heads, Technical Architects and Managed Service teams to ensure effective knowledge transfer, ensure seamless solution delivery and drive customer satisfaction during the handover from sales into delivery.
Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to expand professional network and promote company offerings.
Essential Requirements
Comfortable and confident working in a customer-facing environment
Proven experience in a technical pre-sales or solutions architecture role, preferably within the managed services and technology reseller industry.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, security, cloud computing, and related technologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess customer requirements and design appropriate solutions.
Familiarity with a wide range of technology vendors and their products.
Certifications in relevant technologies, in particular Microsoft Security Solutions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
