Janice Marie Manzon

Janice Marie M. has extensive experience in recruitment and administrative roles, currently serving as Recruitment Director at Kodella since September 2020, with previous positions including Recruitment Manager, Operations and Staffing Specialist, and Operations Support. Prior to Kodella, Janice held the role of Foreign Recruiter at Happy Goal in China from December 2018 to October 2019 and spent over seven years at Shell, culminating as Executive Assistant to the Vice President for External Relations. Additional experience includes working as an Accounts Payable Specialist at Accenture Procurement BPO and Administrative Support at Shell, as well as beginning a career in customer service at Globe Telecom. Janice holds an International MBA from EAE Business School and Shanghai University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos and the University of St. La Salle.
