Alex Lapiana

Alex LaPiana has extensive experience in corporate development and business development. Alex currently holds the position of Vice President Corporate Development at Kodiak Gas Services, LLC since November 2020. Prior to this, they served as Director of Corporate Development at the same company from March 2018 to November 2020. Before joining Kodiak Gas Services, LLC, Alex worked as a Vice President at Chiron Financial LLC from October 2016 to March 2018. Alex also has experience in business development and field examination as a Business Development Officer and Field Examiner at PNC Business Credit from June 2011 to October 2016. In addition, Alex started their career as an intern at PrimeSOLUTIONS Advisors, LLC and RJL Group, where they reconstructed a database.

Alex LaPiana obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Saint Vincent College between 2007 and 2011. They also hold additional certifications, including being a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level II Candidate from the CFA Institute and Series 79 certification from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority).
