Brian Purcell

Brian Purcell has over 20 years of experience in human resources management. Brian currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Koenig Equipment, where they are responsible for overseeing HR functions across multiple locations and leading the successful acquisition and assimilation of new organizations and employees. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at AGRANA Group, where they developed and implemented policies and programs to align employees with the company's strategic objectives. Brian also held leadership positions in human resources at Owens Corning and InnoPlas Corp., and served as a Sr. Employee Intervention Specialist at The Longaberger Company.

Brian Purcell received their Bachelor's degree from Capital University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Brian also obtained additional certifications, including the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2009, and the SHRM-SCP certification from the SHRM in June 2015.
