Mridula Ranjan

Mridula Ranjan began their work experience in 2016 as a Support Engineer at IBM. In 2018, they worked as a Product Development Intern at Triburg, where they focused on product development for Nordstrom Kids. In 2019, they joined AJIO.com as a Buying Intern, collaborating with the Kidswear team to analyze product returns and propose strategies for reducing return rates. Mridula then joined Kofluence in 2019, initially as a Product Design Intern and later as a Junior Designer. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Product Analyst at Kofluence.

Mridula Ranjan holds a Masters Degree in Fashion Management (MBA in Fashion) from the National Institute of Fashion Technology India. Mridula also completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Information Technology from Visvesvaraya Technological University. Prior to that, they attended Kendriya Vidyalaya where they completed their High School and Intermediate education with a focus on Mathematics and Biology.

In addition to their formal education, Mridula has obtained several certifications. Mridula completed courses such as "Stanford Introduction to Food and Health" from Stanford University School of Medicine, "Business Analysis & Process Management" from Coursera, "Innovation Through Design: Think Make Break Repeat" from the University of Sydney, and "Human Computer Interaction- HCI" from the Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF). Mridula also obtained certifications in "User Experience: The Beginner's Guide" from The Interaction Design Foundation, "Diving in with Invision Studio" from Udemy, and "Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google Digital Unlocked.
