Igor Bekman

Igor Bekman has a diverse work experience spanning various positions and industries. Starting in 2002, they worked as a Data Entry Operator at Willis Relocation Risk Group, where they implemented a new data entry method and created document templates for Microsoft clients. In 2004, they moved to QRS Corporation as a Data Entry Operator, focusing on entering UPC codes and completing testing procedures for store-wide audits. Later in 2004, Igor joined Wachovia Securities as a Data Entry Operator and was responsible for reporting projects and daily reconciliation reports in the Qualified Plans department. From 2005 to 2010, Igor worked at Wachovia Recruitment Solutions as a Platform Staffing Coordinator, utilizing a candidate tracking system, conducting background checks, and building relationships with leaders and candidates. In 2010, they became an HRIS Analyst at Altegrity, involved in system interfaces, data migration, and automated report creation. Igor then moved on to The Pew Charitable Trusts in 2012 as an Officer in HRIS, before joining Georgetown University in 2015 as an HCM Functional Lead. From 2016 to 2018, Igor worked at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute as a Workday Business Process Analyst. Following this, they joined Alchemy.us in 2018 as a Senior HCM Consultant in Production Services. Currently, they are employed at Kognitiv Inc. since 2021, holding roles as a Principal Consultant and currently as a Functional Product Lead.

Igor Bekman pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Applied Information Technology at George Mason University.
