Kristina Bernhard

Kristina Bernhard, SHRM-SCP, has a strong background in Workday implementation and talent management. Kristina began their career at Alight Solutions, where they served as a Workday Architect, focusing on end-to-end Workday solutions for clients. Kristina then joined Floor & Decor as the Manager of Talent Management, overseeing HR and talent strategy and also retaining responsibility for Workday Product Manager. Kristina then transitioned to Kognitiv Inc., where they held multiple roles, including Workday Architect, Workday HCM Manager/Client Services Manager, and Head of Talent. Currently, they are the Head of Talent at Rooster Scheduling, an independent entity spun off from Kognitiv. Additionally, Kristina is an Advisory Member at ChangeEngine. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in Workday systems, talent acquisition, and HR solutions.

Kristina Bernhard, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Kristina has also obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in 2020.
