Jyoti Makkar

Jyoti Makkar is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within prominent organizations. Currently serving as the National HR Business Partner for Airtel Business since August 2021, Jyoti has previously held multiple HR Business Partner positions at YES BANK from May 2013 to June 2021, focusing on Retail, Corporate, and Support Functions, with responsibilities that included employee engagement, talent management, and performance management.
