Courtney Fuller has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Courtney is currently working as the Head of Total Rewards & People Systems at Kognitiv Corporation since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at OMERS as an Associate Director, Executive Compensation & Special Projects from August 2021 to November 2022. In this role, they were responsible for executive compensation, HR Compensation Committee board reporting, and compensation governance.
Before OMERS, Courtney worked at Altus Group, where they held two roles. From April 2019 to August 2021, they served as the Sr. Manager, Total Rewards, leading the Total Rewards function and providing strategic leadership and oversight to Compensation, Benefits, and Savings. Prior to this, from June 2017 to March 2019, they were a Global Rewards Consultant, where they provided subject matter expertise to executives and HR, focusing on establishing compensation fundamentals for global leveling projects.
Courtney also has experience working at Canadian Tire as a Senior Compensation Consultant from September 2015 to June 2017, at Deloitte Canada in various compensation roles from October 2012 to September 2015, at KPMG Canada as a Total Rewards Analyst in 2012, at Ontario Energy Board as an HR Assistant from May 2010 to April 2011, at IESO as a Developmental Co-op Student in 2009, and at Research In Motion as a Workforce Management Coordinator in 2008.
Throughout their career, Courtney has developed expertise in executive compensation, HR governance, job architecture, compensation analysis, and rewards solutions. Courtney has demonstrated strong leadership skills, the ability to work in a global context, and a focus on delivering strategic solutions to support business objectives.
Courtney Fuller has a strong educational background in human resources and international business. Courtney completed a Human Resources Management Postgraduate Certificate at George Brown College in 2012, and a Bachelor of Commerce Co-op with a focus on International Business at Dalhousie University from 2006 to 2010. In 2009, they also studied International Business, Economics, and the History of Spain at Universidad Pablo de Olavide. Additionally, Courtney has obtained several certifications, including the Certified Compensation Professional - Canada and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) from WorldatWork in 2022, and the Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association in 2019. Courtney also holds the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification from WorldatWork.
