Vanessa Thomas

Vanessa Thomas has extensive experience in client services and management. Vanessa currently holds the position of Senior Client Director at Kognitiv Corporation since December 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Aimia Inc for nine years, starting as a Client Services Director in October 2011 and eventually becoming a Senior Client Services Director in the Financial Services sector for ANZ Bank and NAB. Before joining Aimia Inc, they had a long tenure at Carlson Marketing, where they held different roles in client services for various industries such as automotive, financial services, retail, travel, and leisure.
